Authorization to the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Pursuant to and by effect of art . 13 of the Privacy Code, please note the following:

Personal information voluntarily provided by you, either at the time of registration to the eatalians.it community or subsequently and in any possible form (electronic or paper ) , will be processed by Celestino Ciocca Consulting, who formally assumes the role of Holder of Treatment.
The data will be processed to execute the activities of the said community .
The data will be mainly automatically processed, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law and will consist of the collection, recording, organization, storage , processing, modification , selection, extraction, comparison, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction, including the combination of two or more of these activities.
The data will be kept to the terms of the law on the servers that host the web site www.eatalians.it and partly also at Celestino Ciocca Consulting. The data will be processed by staff who work to achieve the goals of the community. As a result of computerized data management, they may also be accessible by the manager (web master / hosting provider) of this web site and treated by employees and/or professionals who carry out those activities under his direct supervision and responsibility.

obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
obtain certification that the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking were brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or distributed to, except where this requirement is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data, even though they are pertinent for collection purposes;
object, in whole or in part, to the processing of data concerning you for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication .
